Can we talk about minion aggro changes?
They're making single target spells draw minion aggro. That feels like it's gonna be huge for lane bullies.

About time man.
Wait, I just read it and noticed, it's not single target spells. It's TARGETED single target spells. That means things like Ez Q or Ryze Q for example don't draw aggro.
they should make all spells aggro minions
malz, kass, pantheon, teemo, Akali, vlad, malphite are affected by this in a positive way (aka they are less cancer)
lane nunu and kayle is also less worse, but they're not relevant right now
nami and lulu also somewhat affected by this but their lane doesn't hinge on that harass. Brand also but I've found brand support to be pretty not-good and easy to counter. or I get matched against and with really bad brand players.
technically anivia and annie and leblanc and viktor and cass are affected but I don't play much mid to really know how laning is against them. Swain is on the list but that's probably going to change soon.
It should definitely make top lane less cancer, but they'll be looking closely at effected champs that might need help after the change.
