...are the worst type of people. You are in fact part of this community of "uselessness" and shouldn't view yourself as the exception when called out.

If you truly think you didn't do anything to warrant being insulted by a rioter then you should re-evaluate why you defend his words, because you are part of the many who also don't believe they deserve the hate.

This has been my unwarranted opinion on a pet peeve I'm having.

Or...we are ppl that tries to keep the balance shitposts out of the front page for example in order to have a more decent Boards but it's pointless since the Gameplay Boards are just too dumb.

I want this place to be better, but I'm aware that now it's terrible so I'm not offended if someome calls the Boards out.

Personally, as someone who doesn't frequent and post on the boards often, I'm sort of neutral on this whole debate that people are having.

Though, reading his comment, I don't think that he's implying that every single person on the boards is useless. I think that the 'interpretation' that you believe is true is just a guess; which is perfectly normal.

I think it's mostly pointed towards the inaccurate gameplay posts on the gameplay boards.

I love how this always happens, someone does or says something controversial. People start calling him out, another person calls those people out on their bullshit, then another one calls those people out, someone calls that person out for calling those out on their bullshit and for defending the controversial one, and it just keeps going on and on...

people will always defend others simply due to their status. if this was a random guy or some player saying this, people would never forgive him and call him names, alienate him from others. but because its a rioter, oh rioters are cool, he'll do the right thing next time.

Ah excellent, we've now reached the point where we insult people who we insist were already insulted.

Frankly I have no problem with Rioters actually speaking their minds. Nobody would even slightly be upset if a Rioter said Yasuo was horribly toxic design.

The truth hurts. For every one post with a valid point, how many without such drown it out? The Boards are useless. I won't be any more upset a Rioter said the latter than they said the former.

If a community or a section of it is bad, I hold no ill will against a company saying so.

Your post is a logical fallacy of division. Just because someone concurs with a Rioter that the boards are awful doesn't make everyone who frequents the boards awful or responsible for it being awful. Just as if you were the star of a basketball team and upper management stated the team was terrible doesn't make you a terrible player. Now had the Rioter said "Everyone on the boards are terrible" then you might have a point. But that was not what was said.

I think what he should of said is knowledge is power, and using it has a great effect. While widely not using it lowers the standards for everyone replying and creating threads, and therefore hurts the quality of the Boards, which contributes to the deterioration of the game.
