It's been so long since I've played Ashe, after her minirework does she even belong with Annie and Garen? I mean E needs some knowledge to use, knowing how to stack Q, aiming R, etc. I would think she'd need more.

You... you mean Auto attack? Ashe is even easier to pick up now that you don't have to worry about Mana drain, or know when to toggle slow. She does have a higher skill ceiling though.
