Pool Party Fio chromas and a few others not available for BE?

There are a few chroma sets down near the bottom on the store page for chromas, Pool Party Fiora being one of them, and I was wondering was that is? I'm pretty sure Pool Party Fio's chromas were on sale recently with some others, so I'm assuming that is the cause? If so, that's pretty unfortunate there wasn't any word about them not being available for BE come preseason. Some of the newer ones I could see not being available just due to how new they are I guess.
