How to fix this attemping to reconnect bug or IDK

its frustrating during my 1-10 games it suddenly shows " Attemping to reconnect" even if i wait like 10 min nothing happens. only works when i force exit game then reconnect and sometimes lose because of it. please someone help me or fix this bug even if i disconnect my internet then reconnect it wont reconnect only reconnects after i force exit game then reconnect
