Nerf Fizz Damage!

Riot can you please nerf that fish? I Cant play mid or adc rn, He can decent snowball pre 6 with W-Q then E back to safety while ripping half of your hp. After 6 once he lands a ult on you. you are 99% dead unless you flash or zhonyas sometimes it either wont save you if you are playing immobile champs. All his items give him CDR Reduction and Hp eg- He has such lower cd for the burst he has plus he has no ult cast animation, if you are near him its kinda impossible to dodge it. everytime i see a fizz he pretty much gets fed and even manages to solo carry. please nerf his damage or atleast his cooldown.
