Please help!!!

Cilent kept disconnecting for 2-3 seconds nonstop...( My internet is fine) but ingame runs fine but only cilent actes weird so i restarted league and everything got DELETED?? Like all my creates rune pages are gone and the settings got reseted.. please help or fix this bug ans give me my runes pages riot!!! :(
