I've been playing since season 3 and have always wondered, why are there so many magic resist items with cool down reduction, but very few armor items with cool down reduction? I've always found that it makes some build paths kind of awkward for a lot of champions.
Personally, I'd like more armor items with CDR in the game. Let me know what you think about it?
There are.
There just aren't many that give health. That's deliberate.
That's because tanks prioritize armor over MR due to the fact that sustained damage is more of a threat to tanks, and an item that gives CDR+Health+Armor is just going to be too attractive to any tank and crowd out other options.
