Make the victorious skin legendary quality and sell it. Then make exclusive chromas for it based off rank (gold version for gold, etc.) So yeah you could pay for the skin if you're silver or bronze, but you'll never have the better looking versions.
Lmao the idea of the skin is to earn it, not buy it wtf.
I had this idea a while back, except not to buy it. You just automatically got the chroma that corresponded with your rank with the skin.
It used to be you just needed to play rank 10 times to get a victorious skin. The amount of people that play rank though at least in na is pretty low. A lot end up not even caring of the skin, because they don't play the champion. Some people are collectors want it all I get that, but separating the community between a rating that doesn't hold any value rather than good communication skills does more harm than good for the people that do care of the skin.
