Why not nerf Phantom Dancer?
Just curious but I feel like Yasuo HAS to build PD now for the sustain which is a situation that doesn't seem healthy.

1.Make an item 2.Someone abuses item 3. Nerf item instead of champ 4. Fix nothing
He'll just go back to Statikk and instead of being a single target duelist, he'll have better wave clear again, ... oh, and he'll still be a good duelist.
