If I were on that team, I'd probably be fired because I'd suggest the following 3-step process:

They are hoping it will just blow over and that us "trolls" will leave them alone. Riot probably can't even fathom they did anything wrong, and that all of this is from sexist that just hate women or something.

I really don’t envy them, especially because they can’t even act on their own accord to ease the situation if Riot main heads don’t approve their doing.
