Diamond kayle main here, absolutely agree. Her level 16 is no more stronger than any other champions level 16.
She feels more like OG Kayle then a reworked champion tbh.
She's more like a kindred top that has the early game of nasus. Whereas before the nerf she played more like a toplane version of kogmaw
She was entirely rebalanced (like she should have been from the start) so that she's not an absolute invalid early game, and so she's not an absolute win if she makes it to late game. They finally smoothed out her power levels so it's not such a dramatic transition.
