Why do toxic players ask for a report after someone starts inting their game?

They flame so much, spam "GG we lost go next", blame everyone, but the second someone starts running it down mid, they throw a fucking fit and spam "report x" in all chat all game.

Can someone explain this to me? You're asking for people to int or leave the game, but when they actually do it, they're like "This player is inting please report them".
