League's new champs and skins issue

The last champion released with more than one skin was in 2012 and it was Heciram. I think most of the skins released with the new champs are overpriced, and don't match the champion.

I understand how it's difficult enough to design a skin, but some skins don't always have to be a 1350(epic) skin. League should experiment with more skins, and whatever doesn't work out can be thrown in the vault. Heciram and Shyvanna were released with more than one skins and some were thrown in the vault, or had the skin's price reduced. Eventually the skins that were released with Heciram and Shyvanna were vaulted and replaced by other skins (eg. Bloodknight Heciram was replaced with Arcade and Boneclaw Shyvanna was replaced with Super Galaxy)

I started playing since 2011 and before that I would see my brothers play since 2008, and around that time League had all these random skins, and I was amazed with all the skins League had at the time, even though I didn't know who each champ was, so I'm used to seeing skins that were lore related and skins randomly made. Lore based skins like Exiled Morgana, Blood Lord Vladamir, and Blackfrost Anivia are cool skins that got me interested into reading their lores. Since the most recent champs are designed to their lore now there isn't much stress about making skins based about their skins, but it is interesting seeing champs with switched regions, just as Pyke's skin being switched to Shurima instead of being Bilgewater.

My point is, you coul've released more skins with the new champion if it was given more time to design the skins because it feels like the skins were rushed. Though most people buy the champion for the champion and not the skin.

There are skins the community have made and I thought it was made by League, and skins that I've seen tweaked by the community, that should've been gone with. To me it says a lot if the community can do better than the original itself. (although without the original there wouldn't of been any in the first place).
