Kled skin

_I stumbled upon this work of art before, but I threw it in a folder with other skins I liked; the art and skin ideas goes out to the original artist. I like the Ringmaster (circus) Kled skin, and think that skin could work _

In the Developer Diary on the subject of the State of Skins, they were planning on doing a skin poll just like the one they did with Illaoi. I think the next poll should include 3 champs in need of skins, each champ gets 3 voteable skins, and whatever is most voted gets the champ.
