If league had a champ that resembles a mosquito this is the first thing that pops in my mind. I mean theres already a spider and a scorpion, why not another bug champ?

Passive: Overheals become a shield, when the shield depletes, an additional shield adaptive to the most taken source of damage from the previous appears (Magic or Physical shield).
Q: Stabs forward, hitting all units infront of it, and at the tip heals for 20% of an enemy champion's maximum health.
W: Passive: out of combat grants additional movement speed and immunity to traps.
Active: self reduces health by 50%
E: Dashes in a direction, dashes charge to a maximum cap of too fucking many, gaining an additional dash for every spell cast.
R: Surpresses a target enemy champion, healing for all the damage dealt, and continues until Mosquitoboi reaches 100% of its maximum HP. Damage equals 5% of the targets max health per second.
Gameplay: so basically you trade and be annoying with Q, and when you want to solo somebody you use W to increase the duration of your ult since it doesn't have a limited timer, just stops when it heals you to full.
I'm tired.
