Legendary skins go on early sale a few months after their release. Ultimate skins dont go on sale afaik. After that they dont go on sale anymore.

Legendary Skins are eligible for Sales.

I believe ultimate skins don't go on sale.

they used to go on sale during their release week, then riot decided to change it so that it's only 6 months after the release because gotta cash in on that new legendary/ultimate skins hype
