Those are the two games, most of the bad words i said were in defense of a team mate from another team mate. I believe I called the enemy thresh in game 1 an ape. The irelia in game 1 kept calling me out for playing a noob champ to which I told her to shut up and ban garen. All 'outplayed comments' are sarcastic as I was playing garen.

Moreover, I never started a conversation, I was always talked to or called out. What gives?

Ban worthy? No. Penalty worthy? Yes.

You were consistently toxic and used up the chat restrictions penalties that led you to getting banned. Meaning you deserve it due to the fact you're toxic. It's not about your chat in this particular game, it's about your overall attitude in general while using Riot's service. If this is a 14-day ban, then remember your next penalty will be a permaban. Meaning, you'll have to make a new account. But Riot would prefer you to find a new game to play. Normally when they permaban a player, they don't want you to reform, they want you not playing their game.

doesn't matter.

it's against the rules to insult other players and their gameplay, as well as to say that you intend to report them or ask for reports. It's also against the rules to blame your team for doing badly and argue misplays in chat.

Arguing with teammates, insults, negativity, blaming, and other such harassment. If you recently came off of a 14-day ban (which Jo0o mentions the very likely possibility of), then yes, this is worth a ban.

Also;

Just picked a random snippet here, but it still helps me prove a point;

If you feel the need to inject commentary into your chat logs, that's a pretty big indication that you know you broke the rules and need to try and justify it somehow.

Your match history demonstrates that you play this game daily, so the 14-day gap between July 20th and August 3rd is certainly a 14-day ban. That means it's been just eight days since you were explicitly warned that further negative behavior would result in a permanent ban. These logs don't need to be "worth a ban", they simply need to be worth any level of punishment, which they are. You were on the thinnest of ice.

It's clear from these logs that you value winning arguments with your team and making them feel as bad as possible if they're making mistakes or playing poorly. You demonstrate zero sportsmanship.
