Ok, I go into my promo series just won the first game, second game I physically cannot go lock in or ban a champion, the lock in/ban button is grey and doesn't work. um? It's fine tho, One won, One 'lost' (dodged apparently), I que for the third game, exact same shit. And now my promo series is gone because of your shit bugs. Place me back in my promos right fucking now

Losing promos can be a pain and feel your frustration with regards to it being due to an issue. Greyed lock in/ban buttons are usually caused by the client failing to load all the assets of champ select and this primarily due to your network and the champ-select servers miscommunicating somewhere.
It's important to note that it's possible to experience these issues with League alone.
