I swear this game hates me

I have been Gold the last 2-3 season. I got all the way to Silver 1 and then demoted to silver 4, well 5 once i lose this game. Do i have a bad game here or there, sure, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I usually play support but it is close to impossible at the Silver elo. I have branched out and of course there are better players than me at certain roles but I almost always carry my weight. The fact that ONE person can tilt a game so hard is ridiculous. Also ridiculous is the fact that I have lost this many games and demoted from Silver 1 to basically Silver 5. I cannot say it enough, I almost always carry my own weight so if you want to comment how I'm crying, just don't. Go look at my match history.
