Regaurding Flash

I feel like most champs either a) make it pointless to try to actually use this in any manner other then attempting to flash in for a kill or b) make it pointless to try to flash in to get a kill because they will flash away, then use their in kit mobility, which is kind of another flash for argument sake, and counter engage you. If you don't have a mobility spell to gtfo with now you're completely boned because you're attempting to play against an assassin who has more mobility then some full single player games.

Just curious if Riot is trying to make Flash in kits or looking to give it the exhaust treatment or what? I flash away from people to survive they can virtually always follow me lately, I flash in for a kill...well...if they aren't within 1 hit of dying and immobile I'm not flashing in on them or I'll die since I don't generally play assassins. Gotta leave that for the assassin mains so they don't scree at me. People are way too hostile for this to be a team game.
