What Riots says and I hear are different.

For example "Nerf" = buff something else "Rework" = Make broken beyond repair. "Change botlane" = Make adc's build different items that are just at toxic to the game as before the rework "Make tanking feel better" = 2-3 champions now are "fine" in that role "Buff towers" = Make minions deal more damage to them. "Takes skill" = High mobility bull shit that has a spammable damage ability, can likely one shot me, while I struggle to even click on them. "Counterplay" = The person playing the champion has to fuck up really badly for you to win.
