Pretty much cementing some things. Apparently Beast Boy isn't stuck being green. He's still green when he turns into animals, but his skin isn't green when he's human. Starfire is not Orange. She starts to go orange when she uses her powers. Also by the voiceover it sounds like she doesn't know where she's from.

The whole thing is just garbage. It's like they gave some 50 year old director the reins and this is their vision of what rebellious teens with super powers looks like based on vague descriptions of the characters.
