Change Fizz's damage sources
Back when Riot reworked assassins and their items they stated that they wanted players to have counterplay against assassins if they managed to dodge their combos so according to them they changed kits like Talon to have some delay before dealing the heavy burst, like having to wait for W to come back, Le Blanc having to wait for her old passive to activate before popping it, Katarina having to wait for the daggers to fall down and position them properly, etc.
I feel like Fizz has none of that, he has HUGE burst potential on EVERY single ability he has, his Q in combination with lich bane and W deals massive dmg than cant even be dodged unless you have some source of mobility or flash, his E is an aoe nuke with pretty hard dmg, and his ult is well, you know Fizz ult. I dont want Riot to nerf Fizzs dmg, but Id like him to have some dmg removed from abilities like Q or W and have it put on E or ult thus making him take risks to kill somebody cuz I honestly find things like this unfair.

in both clips he didnt have ulti and he didnt land his E, it was basically more than half life burst dmg just with his dash. How is anybody supposed to outplay or counterplay a point and click dash?
