This makes it IMPOSSIBLE for Kalista to kite or outplay at all in these situations. And since she has no burst damage she gets screwed over so easily.

Long story short only MOVEMENT speed slows should increase jump time.

Cause atm you have MS and AS slows fking over Kalista in double. Cause a lot of these items or champs I have mentioned also have those.
