AD Malphite Jungle (Talk on Tank Junglers)

Recently I've been playing a lot of Malphite because he isn't played very often and definitely in the jungle. Because I main mid I tried Ap Malphite and did decently, however I remembered how good his jungle clear was (W and E) and sustain (Passive). The problem was that if I went full tank I couldn't gank successfully with my combo alone. I get that Malphite is supposed to scale into the late game but waiting for the team fighting phase in order to do work is pointless in a meta with early ganking junglers such as Lee Sin , Jarvan IV , and Shaco . So I had an idea, why don't I buy Hydra on Malphite. It makes his clear extremely fast for a tank and his ultimate and ganks has so much more follow up. It makes his sustain so good that he doesn't need to stack on potions like other junglers.

I just wish that tank junglers (excluding Jarvan IV ) got a little bit more love such as making the heal from the jungler passive scale with health in some way or make the juggernaut enchant similar to the Spirit of the Ancient Golem were you have 10% extra health based of your bonus health. I know that RITO doesn't want farm junglers but making more viable champion diversity should be their main goal. In a meta that is dominated by Assassins , things that counter Assassins , this jerk , and this asshole having some tanks back would be nice. Comments on both topics would be nicely appreciated.
