why do enemies see ekkos time clone ?

i heard they do

so question is why ?

its easy to predict where he was/ where he came from and it just kills many possible uses of his ult, totally gutting the skill while totaly removing any involwement from enemies to actualy not get hit by it

its like you would make teemos mushrooms visible

Oh, do they?

Well. On the one hand, his ult is very powerful, and I believe has 0 cast time, so it makes sense that there would be an indicator. Ekko's kit also focuses around prediction, so the idea may be to force opponents toward your time echo clone using his other skills (W especially).

I understand the desire for secrecy, but I think hiding his clone would really hinder some of the counterplay that makes him healthy and even fun to play against.

To give it counterplay. Teemo's mushrooms are limited, with limited range. Ekko's clone goes everywhere he does.

Example: Ekko uses his broken clone to recall and buy items, then returning by pressing R within 4 seconds. If the enemy laner is still in lane, it is possible to prepare for his return with some nukes.

but does he need to see the clone to be able to do that ?

also your comparison is invalid teemos mushroms are limited by amount he can place, ekkos rewind is limited by ekkos path

you counter teemo by predicting where he places shrooms or using some reweal, or looking at teemo when he places them you counter ekko by simply looking at where he walks and not stepping where he was 4 seconds ago

the visible clone just makes is 100% easy to stay away from ekkos ult thus killing any offensive use of it just like it would do to teemo when his shrooms would be visible

Did you even read? His clone almost have no limitations, as you can virtuall do anything with it, including extremly high jukes, go in, get a kill and get out in a second.

You can litterally flash over a wall as an escape and then return as a mad juke. It virtually has no limitations, and can definately make him the strongest champion in the game. And you thought Riven with 4 dashes was strong, just take a look at Ekko with the global juke tool.

Because the goal in League is to have visibility in gameplay, not have things "pop out" at players. The aim of things is to have results of the game be dependent on the choices made in the game based upon the situation and not to have situations where players are blindsided by things out of nowhere.

It's not like Teemo's shrooms, it has a different purpose/intention and it's not gutted, have you seen it's numbers; the ratios are stupid high.

You can see very well where LeBlanc is going to go back to with her W. I guess it's not the same idea, but with the abilities he has, he needs something to be like "Hey! I'm doing this. Watch it!"

I played with/against him on PBE, and even with the clone it'S not easy to predict. You can't stay away from the clone all the time, and in a teamfight you easily loose track of him and ghis clone. Without the clone, it would be impossible, 4 seconds are a long time in league, and if you don't sit in the brush and do nothing besides tracking down eccos path, there is no way you can kaeep track of there he was 4 sec ago. They also need it to justify the incredible absurd damage his ult does.
