IS CDR...?

question I always wondered and don't feel like doing easy math. Is CDR stacked or flat? For example if I have a 100 cd spell and have 1% CDR that means my new CD is 99%. Does adding another 1% make it go to 2% of the original CD or is it then 1% of the new CD (99%)?

it's flat, 40% CDR means you only need to wait for 60% of the base cool down of an ability

Flat. You just take whatever CDR percentage you have off the CD of the skill.
