Make AAtrox's heal like XIn's heal

Aatrox has been one of the most god awful champions for a while now and I feel like there's a simple fix. Considering two of his spell (3 when w is active in fights) cost HP why not make his self heal like xin's. That is a heal that scales with AP.

Unlike Xin, Aatrox hurts himself every time he uses a spell or attacks with his w toggled. It only seems logical to give him some kind of scaling on his heal. Even if that does mean removing the bonus healing he gets when below his threshold.

OR make his spells do flat hp and not % hp........
