We need tank assassins again

Not assassins who can build tanky like tank

Reliable mobility that forgives your mistakes, check.

High burst damage, yep.

Execute, ITS JUST LIKE `s except it doesn't teleport her backwards and provides an ad buff until used.

But even then, tank assassins wernt dealt with by nerfing armor items, they had their base damage lowered.

Most of those issues were fixed by shifting damage from bases to scaling. Except transcendence Zed, which went away because I guess it wasn't that good? I dunno, opinion about it changed over night and I never got to see it in action.
