i dont see the issue really. let tanks have their noodle fights.
also, this is what an adc without armor pen should look like. not caitlyn headshotting you for 900 damage through a randuins with 0 armor pen in her build like last season.
This isn't tank meta, this is Season 7 League, where champions like Sej and Mao are given crazy CC on pretty much every ability.
I'm someone who wants tank meta yet I'm telling you this is cancer. Things used to be different back in Season 3-5.

First off, in the Reddit thread, the tanks agreed to a faceoff top with no one to come and help according to the original Poster. The ADC broke the rule so the Zac didn't help and went for a ward instead. Secondly, the ADC did not have EC thus could not stop the healing. The only person on the team with any healing reduction was the Lux. I don't get the hate for tanks.

To be fair Mao has one of the unhealthiest pun passives in the game.
As long as 
is a thing, tanks will dominate. Oh and %hp damage too. "tanks are weak" No they're not because they fucking do %hp damage and that's a problem for champs that ADC and assassins who don't build defense stats.
