ALso is not just a problem of appearance because.. wow the hard cc high mobility look disaster.
I think I found my new permaban champion.
She can pick up used Summoner Spells and use them herself.

I'ts not just summoner spells it's your items that you use you can see at the jinx scene you see the items drop 
maybe some things spawn on their own idk
Can't wait to read her lore, she's an Aspect so she supposedly climbed Mount Targon and was deemed worthy of... whatever her abilities are. Everything Targon-related has been great so far.
