Kassadin is going to be a problem

I really don't understand why Riot decided to buff his scaling, he was already sufficiently strong late - the main issue for Kassadin is that he very often doesn't manage to reach lvl 16 which is mainly caused by the current meta. I predict that once the meta shifts to somewhat longer games he is going to be incredibly strong. Quite frankly, I think he is already viable in this meta due to the buffs.
