New Champion Select: add an announcer voice that tells me it's my turn to ban or pick

A simple idea that can go a long way. Just add a voice (similar to the announcer voice in-game) that says "It's your turn to ban" and "It's your turn to pick".

This will add all the necessary clarity, and should achieve Riot's objective of lower dodge rates. At least this definitely seems to be a much better solution than removing champion select quotes to me, which mean they can re-add them for the lot of us who liked the feature.

Any thoughts or other ideas?
