Player mentality needs to be dealt with

If you look at my recent match history, it will appear that I've gotten tilted from a loss streak, continued to play, continued to do poorly, and lost a ton of lp. If you knew the details, you would see something around 3 bad games and over a dozen games where I ranged from on-par to far ahead of my opponents (not just lane opponent). Games where my teammates do the same dumb play a dozen times... cuz who knew that if an assassin can blow you up when you're even with them that they can do it 12 times in a row. Obviously I'm dumb for assuming people at silver+ elo could figure out - especially after being told - that if they kill you 11 times w/o you ever winning a duel, it will only get easier for the assassin to win and you should probably group up as a squishy. Stupid crap like that losing me a dozen games or so and dropping me nearly out of gold from gold 4.

And this is happening while I'm outplaying a 2v1 camp of my lane when I'm running tp and the enemy has ignite and I'm tilted from the last 10 losses that my team should have won. This while I'm being flamed for my build, flamed for not teleporting out of a 1v2 to help some teammates who can't 3v2 hold a tower w/o dying. This while my team can't 4v4 waveclear vs regular old non-baron, non-super minions as a lux and sivir for one whole minion wave w/o dying. And somehow it's all my fault. Game after game after game... doesn't matter if I play them all one day or spread them out over the course of days - this is all I get. This bs has to stop - much less the flaming and blaming and reporting of me. Gee I'm sorry I say something in a bit of a terse manner because you continue to ignore it the first 8 times I ask you to do something so basic a bronze 2 player is smart enough to know but you apparently aren't despite being silver 1 elo or higher. Sorry I respond to being flamed by someone who just ignored 3 pings, fed my laner double buffs when I had them 2 levels down while dealing with enemy jg camp and getting no help by telling that person they are a dummy for blaming me when they die. Sure it's not the nicest... but look at what they did and how they're flaming ME after I told them 3x not to fight that and they did anyways.

Best example of what really kills me though is an eve from a recent game. I'm 0/1/0 top due to extreme camping by enemy jg and vs an illaoi, but I'm winning the xp and cs battle, so we're basically even and I will outscale her in teamfights and hold top 1v2 just fine. Bot is inting as 2 ranged vs a ranged and melee - no excuse for that... give up a few cs to hug tower and soak xp if you're losing that badly 2v2; dying to greed for cs just makes you fall further behind in cs, xp, and everything. Mid feeds in a winning matchup. Jg feeding, making dumb invades and fights in river vs multiple enemies by herself and making no gank attempts for anyone. Team votes several times to surrender to which I refuse because if they just played with honest effort - to a gold elo level - we can easily win. Eve tells me game is over, so there's no point even trying and that she gave up long ago... probably by around 10 min mark. Ashe spamming surrender vote on cd. Team refusing to ward anything on map. I tell eve her mentality of not even trying to win just because our team was behind is what made our team fall so far behind and that it kills any chance to make a comeback. She flames me and calls me toxic for not voting to surrender. 4 min later off the back of some good picks by me at cost of my lane... eve has 4 kills, team is catching up somewhat, and we have a fighting chance to win. Do I get any thanks? Nope, just more flame and people getting giant ego's cuz they have a few kills now. They go back to doing stupid stuff instead of listening to me, playing smart, and going for picks as team while stalling out as best we can when we can't get picks and what do you know. 2 people die, we lose baron, 2 more die continuing a lost fight instead of retreating where we could have made a decent attempt to neutralize their baron push, and we lose game. Eve flames me and tells me I'm an idiot for thinking we stood a chance, ashe calls me toxic and reports for... trying to get team to listen to common sense and not giving up?

This shit needs to stop. There's no excuse for checking out of the game cuz you're 0/2/0 and not winning lane/jg. Doing that screws your whole team over no matter how well rest of team is doing. One inting player or soft inting player who chooses to not even try to play to their full capability outweighs another teammate who is playing above their elo because they still have to work for the advantages they get while the opponent of the inting player gets spoon fed for free and the rest of their team can too. This defeatist mentality is no less toxic than someone calling you an idiot or flaming or trolling by stealing your champ or your cs/jg camps. Yet the system currently only focuses on "reforming" toxic chat. It's high time the system look into proper "reform" for defeatist players and soft inting too. After all, I guarantee over half the "toxic" chat is due to players having to put up with these other issues and nothing being done about them - all while they themselves are harassed or flamed by these defeatist and/or inting players in an under the radar manner which chat won't catch and punish. Kill the toxicity, kill the defeatist mentality, kill the soft (and not soft) inting at it's source. If you cut off the water supply a river will dry up. If you deal with defeatist mentality, intentional trolling (not off-meta), and inting (soft and regular; not having a bad game) you will cut off the source for most of league's toxicity.
