Isn't it about time that we're allowed to dodge once a day with only one penalty which is losing 3 lp over having two penalties which would be losing 3 Lp AND 5 minute time out from queue?
Let us dodge without the 5 min time out once a day.
Oh no 5 minutes of your life... think about it dude if you queue up straight away then you just gonna get matched with same people :)
i RARELY ever dodge, (like maybe 4 time in the past 2 years). i dont see an issue with how it works..
and at least 2 of those times i did it for the team, not myself because we had some moron trolling in champ select shit like 
adc.
Cause you wasted the time of 9 players. Lets say champselect took 3 minutes thats 27 minutes.
