How is tahm toplane balanced?

because he just seems win every fight against melee champs since all he has to do is get 3 autos and he practically wins lane while melee champs that can't poke him just can't do shit and even if they can poke, his passive will pretty much negate it. It's even more broken when he goes HOB.

You don't 1v1 the kench, just like you don't chase the singed. It's a general rule that should be followed in most cases.

You focus on farming and then try to help other lanes.
