its pretty sad actually. I played against some level 30s in ranked and afterwards they're like, "matchmaking is broken how tf does a level 100 guy go against us". Like, I really hope they don't quit the game after that. It really is miserable getting totally stopmed all over when you're still learning the game and I really hope that this doesn't cause them to stop enjoying the game.[cass-cry]

I'm sorry what did you say

Nasus with Press the Attack?

Jesus fucking Christ that upsets me even more than AP Nasus. I'm legitimately upset now.

I can relate with this, i have recently been trying to re-learn Irelia (used to be my main toplaner pre rework) and i got matched against a Singed earlier this evening.

The guy had really good macro and he played the lane well with his W often coming in just in time to screw me over more times than i wana admit........but he apparently lacked experience about what happens when he misses his W or doesnt use it right, so despite a rocky start i came back and beat him pretty badly.

At that point i did not think more about it, i figured he just did not play toplane or against Irelia that much so in the postgame lobby i advised him to be careful about Irelia as Singed when his W misses or is unavailable while she has a easy way to reach 5 passive stacks at which point his teammates suddenly start laughing at me.

I sit there wondering what i had said but then it turns out the guy was Grandmaster, a real topnotch player but he just lacked experience in the matchup enabling me, a tiny fellow who generally plays in low plati elo to eventually beat him, i had mixed feelings about it though since one of his teammates was quite an ass about it.

I had games like these recently. In one of those games, one player on the enemy team said "I'm first time while my enemy is 150k mastery points" or something like that. They banned the champion I wanted to get better at (Senna) so I play the other champions I enjoy (in that case It was Thresh). I know It sucks getting destroyed when trying a new champion, but I play the champions I like playing like Senna and Thresh, I just want to play Senna, so when she's banned Thresh is the other option. This reminds me of me when I was a new player, I always got destroyed by assassins, but that didn't stop me from improving at the game, as much as it sucked.
