True damage crits and Raduin's Omen
With the true damage crits patch in the horizon, can we talk about compensating 
crit damage decrease? Recently Riot introduced a new keystone that allow some crit champions to do true damage with their crits, which made Randuin's less effective in some games. Now that a entire class will have true damage crits, can we increase Randuin's crit dmg decrease to 25%?
