Rework Rift Herald, it makes the game so fucking boring.

I legit ping my jungler to help me take rift herald, take the buff, and never use it. Legit makes comebacks damn near impossible because they lose towers and everyone on your team gets gold for 2-3 towers. Way to make securing victories insanely fucking mundane.
