What if that shot she did in the video was her ult?
Shoot an ally, make them immune for a short period of time and reflect damage/CC upon their attackers.

#There's possible leak of her skills on Youtube in another region:
R: Shoots Ally (regardless of Dark/Light Ammo) and creates a mirror behind them. Mirror Reflects the first projectile that comes in contact with it, and creates a large slow area under the ally. (like 80-99% slow)
For what it's worth: Other skills -Synergizes in 2 ways with Lucian
#Passive: Can choose dark or Light Ammo. Passive: Attacks consume charges and force Senna to recharge. Every time she recharges she chooses between Light and Dark Ammo (impacts how Q,W, E work) Load times scale with attack speed and level. Additional move speed if Lucian Nearby
#Q: Dark: Passive: Auto attacks stack Revenge against target Light: Passive: Auto attacks can be aimed at allies. Allies are healed for 150-250 + AP on the first Light Shot, in addition to a move speed boost. Subsequent auto attacks will renew Movement speed, but not Heal.
#W: Passive: Senna receives 20-80 Movement speed out of combat Light Ammo: For a Short time, Senna's Auto attack range is DOUBLED, BUT her Damage is reduced 64-0% (Designed to boost Q light shells, but counter long range poke)

However, what this basically sounds like:
A hybrid between 
:
-Heals alternating with Attacks (Nami) -Autoattacks charging burst damage (Twitch) -Weapon regulated auto attacls (Jhin) It's hard to categorize her ult, because that's something new.
Here's the real controversy: She mostly scales AP, which means she's probably built around 
My guesses: 
(Can boost load time/move speed) 
Or something along those lines.
Ardent/Athene's almost seem musts, because of the fact her kit is designed to mete out damage in between heals, and she has so many move speed steroids that Censor has to be a must. Also a Healing cartridge means she can team fight 1 time heal 3-4 different teammates, meaning she can load up Censer on teams.
Gunblade just seems common sense, since nothing about her kit heals HERSELF.
The rest is Theorycraft about her load speed and how fast you can make it (I'm guessing this is a considerable gate)
It's also worth noting: Life Steal doesn't apply to Magic damage, which what her burst seems to be, so she won't be a traditional ADC builder, hence why the theory craft away from crit items and Lucian - Similar items.
(The only magic damage that life steals is that from Static Shiv paired with an Infinite Edge do to a change when they tried to add True damage to IE, which made IE passively heal ALL CRITS, including Shiv, when it life steals)
Im thinking its probably her E. Im also thinking its something like a lulu shield/polymorph but a skillshot since one of her duo-lucian lines are L" Thanks" S: "I wasn't aiming for you".
