So I just played a game where the enemy team had our new favorite duo bot lane. So as the support I went Taliyah knowing that Rakan is pretty much 100% dash. Holy shit the amount of damage he takes just from E alone. You don't even need to land a W. E Q will pretty much chunk him 80%. Xeyah was still a problem with her range but overall it was a very easy lane for Taliyah + Lucian
