If Riot Still "Doesn't Have An ADC BIAS", Then Why...

After Ashe, Caitlyn, Jinx, and even less 24hrs ago VAYNE all receive legendary skins this year. This totally isn't promoting an entire fucking class to get more people interested in playing them and ramping the meta up to higher hell. The new gameplay mode that was released exclusively for ADCs (only marksman can play it) isn't totally designed for them, and Riot clearly isn't doing this in the PRE-SEASON just to get us all ready for some more ADC fun.

I don't care if Riot balances the game around those champions being the strongest, I'll still flay the skin off their faces and use it as toilet paper in my bathroom. But at least fucking admit to it Riot, at least tell me openly that you would rather the ADCs have an innately stronger advantage over every other class in the game, be honest so that I can at least feel good in knowing that whenever I pick Urgot into Vayne/Lucian/Quinn/GNAR top, or use Jayce against them instead that I when I pounded their stupid fucking faces in that I did so with justice in my veins.

I am not upset that you put shit on my plate, because I know you're going to do it anyway, but please for the love of god, don't try to tell me it's chocolate.
