Are the Pbe Runes/masteries really a game changer?
just want to know if the game will be decent or if it will be a clusterfuck

It's gonna be a bit of a clusterfuck for a little while as things get balanced, and people find ways to abuse things. It's definately a big changeup, where some champs are getting significantly stronger and others weaker.
There's not currently a 100% pick/ban on any champ based on my PBE games, but it's possible some stupidly broken stuff exsits that isn't widely known yet.
