According to the wiki, Kayn is difficulty 3, and has individual stats for base, Shadow Assassin, and Darkin forms.
Base Kayn has low durability and cc with moderate mobility, damage, and utility. Shadow Assassin has high damage and mobility. Darkin has moderate durability and cc.
It's really weird how the in-client stats page is completely broken.

I mean he got knockups for days, high mobility for warding and hes a jungler so he has objective control, seems pretty utility to me
He also doesn't have inking on his champion model, like every other champ in the game
