Because I'm under the assumption that based on what it offers, it is the generalist item in the game.
If that is the case, should this be made into a more niche item? Personal feelings aside (I really dislike the item) I've just been wondering if Triforce is ok to exist in a game where Riot (and feel free to correct me on this) is trying to make core items more niche.

Sasogwa2 votesTriforce isn't as generalist as it seems. It's mostly good on people with decent autoattacks and a spammable spell, preferably an autoattack reset, who also need some mobility. It's kinda bad on people who don't correspond to those features. And those who happen to take it ( for instance ) kinda fit these conditions.

xShiNjiNx1 votesI'm not saying it wasn't a good stat for fighters to have. The extra attack speed + 20% cdr now is a good trade off that most fighters won't complain about. It made it less appealing to ADCs and people like Yasuo xD

Also he gets 100% crit on 2 items now so trinitiy isn't really needed to fill the space there anymore.

Trinity Force isn't necessarily bad on him but Iceborn Gauntlet tends to be more useful since it provides armor and a slow.
rework trundle1 votesTriforce is just an item you build if you can't stack Cleaver fast enough. Take Darius (maybe even Renek, Riven? since they're reliant on their spells) for example.
