Casual Flex

With the removal of normal draft, I can't help but wonder if ranked flex has gotten an increase in casual players. I imagine flex is not as popular as solo Q and people use it now mostly for the champ select and draft and don't really care that its a ranked ladder like they would on solo Q. The few times I have played flex, people just don't seem to give a damn about how the game goes. I guess this is the result when you try to force players to use blind pick.
