As a Gnar player since release I would just want to see frozen mallet removed at this point. It'd make mini a lot harder to use but the whole slow and beatup stuck ducks thing gets old.

rylais is great on kog because it helps you land your mininuke.
Ezreal is one champion and so he can be balanced around gauntlet. Rylais gives permaslow to an entire class of champions.
