Superior Blitzcrank Game Mode

TL,DR: Everyone plays blitzcrank and Pick 4 ults as basic abilities.

I recall going past a video on April fools that showed a game mode where you could customize your champion with any 4 abilities in the game. So why not do something similar where every player on your team gets a different colored blitzcrank (or any other champion) and you can pick any 4 ult abilities to use as basic abilities. Ability cooldown and damage would be adjusted to fit the game mode and some ult abilities would not be available because their animation would be hilarious but complex (imagine blitz doing a katarina ult).
