I'm so happy Riot made an easy to learn (conceptually), hard to master champion

Kit seems very basic (No Garen, but simple) but has a lot to improve improve on his W metagame with the swallow. I wonder how strong of Ap scalings (xD cuz he's a fish) he has because if he has a good scaling on his W I can imagine a Nashor's Tooth Execute Carry type build.

He seems like if a Health Ryze (Ult Passive), Rek'Sai /Bard(Ult), Vel'Kos (Hit 3 to win), and Syndra (W) were all crossed together.

I like it

The only concern I have is if the Teleport Top metagame will be removed due to his ultimate if he goes solo lane.

Overall, I enjoy him conceptually, and I also enjoy his top hat
